About ASC General Contractors
In The Beginning
ASC General Contractors originally began as Extreme General Contractors, founded by two business partners. During our time as Extreme, we developed strong relationships with local apartment companies and handled a wide range of projects, including complete apartment complex repainting, apartment renovations, remodels, make-readies, stamped concrete, handicap ramps, asphalt services, seal coating and striping, roofing, commercial playground installations, mail centers, signage, fire-damaged unit renovations, fencing, and more.
As we grew, we expanded into Tenant Improvements, working with notable brands such as Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Haagen-Dazs, Jamba Juice, Auntie Anne’s, and the first Wing Kings fast food restaurant and bar.
Eventually, one of the business partners decided to focus on other ventures, leading to the transition from Extreme General Contractors to what is now ASC General Contractors, building on years of experience and a strong foundation.
